Welcome to the 56th International People Conference, the largest People & Business event in Portugal and one of the most relevant worldwide. In 2025, under the theme “Human Sustainability”, the IPC explores how organizations can align ethics, technology, talent, territory, regulation, and investment to build a future where human sustainability is at the center of every decision. This year’s conference presents an integrated and evolutionary vision of Human Sustainability, a continuous journey of awareness and learning about what it means to be human in a world shaped by transformation, uncertainty, and innovation. Structured around interconnected sessions, the IPC 2025 proposes a coherent and immersive experience in which each theme responds to the previous one and anticipates the next, moving participants from operational reflection to an ethical and strategic perspective. More than a conference, the IPC 2025 is an invitation to rethink the role of people and organizations in creating sustainable, ethical, and inclusive futures.
